RAJNISH SHARMA ; This is the one time amount, which will ensure that you shall have the graphene that you can use further. The setup shall be in-house and your property.

The tech transfer shall be digital and experimental both. Two of your people shall be trained to run it by our tech team. They shall then produce graphene in batches at your works.

Couple of properitory raw materials and annual maintenance parts shall be provided by us on chargeable basis. We shall charge nominal for those critical aspects of tech transfer and this shall ensure graphene unit runs with proper yield, grade, quality.
